- Usually, the cost of domestic shipping to the US is $5.95 USD. Occasionally, there might be free domestic shipping promotions.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes, we ship internationally! You can track your order using tracking service "Global Post" for all international orders.
WHAT IS THE COST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
- The cost of international standard shipping starts at $11.95 USD and depends on shipping location and amount ordered. However, alternate methods of shipping may be available at an additional charge. CUSTOM CHARGES MAY APPLY. Please check with your local postal service for applicable charges.
- UPDATE: Due to extremely high demand of Original CreaClip's our new fulfillment location in the UK is sold out. We now ship from the US, which affects the estimated shipping times for UK orders to 10-14 business days. For other European countries, this may also apply.
IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
- All orders are scheduled to ship the following day from the time you place your order. Please be considerate of this when you are calculating whether your package is on time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
- For all domestic orders, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For International orders please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. All International orders are subject to the shipping schedule of the local postal service of the country in which it is being shipped.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- For domestic orders, you will receive a confirmation email with your order status and a tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the official USPS website.
- For international orders, upon shipment, please use tracking service GLOBAL POST.
Note: Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder, as sometimes our shipping & tracking emails may be filtered due to user-end email client settings.
