Children are great, but they can be expensive, and when adding up child’s care, food, clothing, and other expenses, parents try to cut reoccurring costs like haircuts. Most often, children have similar straight flat hair, so it’s either you take them to a cheap salon or do-it-yourself. The problem with taking them to the cheap salon is that you’ll never know what you’ll get, it’s hit or miss. Plus, often, the child is scared having a stranger touch their hair. It’s always better when mom, dad, or grandma does it!
In America, people spend $25-45 Billion on haircuts every year! According to American Quora, the average US citizen spends $23.64 per haircut (not including tips) and goes to the hairdresser 3.92 times per year. Total spend is about $90 per person per year. Some families can easily save over $400 a year on haircuts. Take that money and spend it towards a trip to Hawaii! Or that purse you always wanted. But most importantly, you save valuable time. We all know time, especially time with the people we care most about, is the only thing you can never get back.
